Project Overview
The goal was to redesign and expand an online booking platform tailored to the beauty and wellness industry. As both the product designer and owner, I led efforts to improve user experience and introduce new functionalities.
The initial step involved analysing the existing platform to pinpoint areas requiring improvement. Through collaborative design iterations and user interviews, a refined new interface was crafted, facilitating seamless booking and salon management.
